Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team at Mr. Cooper. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced designers and developers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Your role will involve translating user needs and business goals into functional design solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
- Understanding of basic design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
