Job Summary
Product Manager - JD: Collaborates with key stakeholders and Product Owner to interpret and communicate the Product Strategy and Roadmap. Driving delivery and value with a focus on technical feasibility. Inspires belief and enthusiasm for the team’s product/service while exploring opportunities for continuous improvement. Champions Product Centric Operating Model (PCOM), culture, best practices and techniques; Facilitates PCOM ceremonies and grooms Champions. Initiates/translates the product road map into manageable product features in the backlog along with the Product Owner. Supports Product Owner for Prioritization and managing risk by having understanding on technical feasibility, technical risk, technical value and other technical aspects. Able to assess the overall health of the product and raise key decision to move it forward. Identifies risks, and implements mitigation and contingency plans, focused on early mitigation or elimination of Risks. Works with Product Owners to have healthy backlog (as agreed state of Backlog Health e.g. Rolling wave planning with time horizons agreed). Continuously ensures that iterations and the overall product direction will meet business objectives. Actively manages features and dependencies in and across product releases. Communicate often and openly with the team by being responsive to in-person prompts. Removes Impediments or supports team members to remove impediments, based on the nature of Impediment.
